Orders and Returns Policy

Can I return an order?

If you have changed you rmind or ordered the wrong size or colour you are able to return your gown for a 50% restock fee within 14 days of receiving your order (unless faulty), so when ordering your gown please check colour & measurements carefully. It is a good idea to have a dressmaker or someone with sewing experience to take your measurements. When the gown arrives it may need a hum or slight body adjustment because the gowns are made to a standard sizing.

Postage and Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own freight costs for returning your gown. The best method of returning would be Australia Post Express because they provide a form of tracking.

Cancellation of Order

Our orders are automatically processed. It would be up to the factory if a cancellation could be done, we would get back to you ASAP.

Faulty / Damaged Gowns

All our dresses are checked by a quality control team before they are dispatched, however if your dress arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and we will resolve this for you promptly.
